SPRING SOCCER SIGNUPS
What: One midweek practice. The games are on Saturdays, coed, and no score kept.
Who: Children who participated in the Fall Season
When: March till May 2010 (DATE TO BE DETERMINED)
Registration
Cost: $50 per player, which pays for jersey, socks, trophy, and other special items
Volunteer: Like our other Spring teams, this is an independent and self-supporting program. Everyone who participates must volunteer in some way. As a required part of registration, you will be asked to indicate where you will help:
Coaches: We can only have as many teams as we have coaches
Referees: For U8 each team will need at least 3 referees. Training will be provided free of charge

Bathroom maintenance
How to register:
All registration will be done through the mail and needs to be postmarked by January 16th, 2010.
You will need to complete and mail

2. The attached Volunteer form, failure to volunteer may result in player being placed on the waiting list. (click here for Volunteer Form)
3. A check made out to AYSO Region 23 for $50 per player
