ATTENTION PARENTS OF U05 TO U10 PLAYERS
SPRING SOCCER SIGNUPS
What: One midweek practice. The games are on Saturdays, coed, and no score kept.
Who: OPEN TO ALL CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 4-9 and who played in the Fall in the U05 - U10 Divisions.
When: March till May 2013 (DATE TO BE DETERMINED)
Registration
Cost: $60 per player, price includes one jersey, a pair of socks, trophy, and other special items
Volunteer: Like our other Spring teams, this is an independent and self-supporting program therefore everyone who participates must volunteer in some way. As a required part of registration, you will be asked to indicate how you will be able to help:
Coach: We can only have as many teams as we have coaches
Referee: For U8 & U10 each team will need at least 3 referees. Training will be provided free of charge

How to register:
All registration will be done through the mail and need to be postmarked by February 10th, 2013
You will need to complete and mail
1. Player Registration Form (click here). Please make two copies.
2. Failure to volunteer may result in player being placed on the waiting list. (click here for volunteer form)
3. Please mail registration and volunteer forms with a check made out to AYSO Region 23 for $60 per player.
