The Region’s refund policy for the Fall 2018 season is as follows:

The Region must receive written notification of a player’s withdrawal from the league.

All requests for refund of player registration fees must be submitted in writing and accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

  • August 1st– notices received, or with a postmark, before August 1st and before practices begin will be eligible for a full refund of the Regional Fee.  There is no refund of the $17.50 player fee under any circumstance.  This is mandated by AYSO National.
  • August 1st– August 17th – notice of withdrawal during this time period will be considered for a partial refund of the Regional Fee.
  • There will be NO REFUNDS on or after August 18th (first day of games)

All refunds must be made in writing with a self-addressed stamped envelope and sent to:

  • Include the player’s full name and date of birth, along with the reason you are withdrawing.
  • We will NOT ACCEPT phone calls for refunds.
  • All uniforms received must be turned in to the coach when you submit your notification.
